SellerApp self-serve pricing on 6 Sep 2026 starts at $0 Freemium with no card, $99 per month for Pro, and $149 per month for Smart Plan with Automation, printed as a first-three-months rate against a $250 regular price. Custom Requirements is quote-only. The same page advertises 50 percent off for annual billing. A still-live help article lists Pro-Lite at $39 and Professional at $79 with a 25 percent annual cut. Trends MCP is not an Amazon seller suite and does not win PPC or listing work. It is the cheaper path when the job is live Amazon best-seller boards inside Cursor, with a paste-ready url plus transport: http config against https://api.trendsmcp.ai/mcp.
How much does SellerApp cost on the live grid?
The public grid is on sellerapp.com/pricing.html (fetched 6 Sep 2026). Four self-serve columns sit under a Seller tab, next to Managed Services, Ecommerce Agency, and Custom/APIs.
| Plan | Published price | What the card actually lists |
|---|---|---|
| Freemium | $0, no card | Product Intelligence, Advertising Overview, Campaign Manager |
| Pro Plan | starts with $99 / month | Insights, Keyword Tracking, Listing Quality, Email Support |
| Smart Plan with Automation | starts with $149 / month against a $250 regular | Ads Automation, Quarterly Business Review, Email + Chat Support, Dedicated Account Manager, Custom Development |
| Custom Requirements | quote only | Data Warehousing, Custom Development, Product Solution Expert, Priority VIP Support |
Prices are labeled "starts with." A quiz above the cards asks how many ASINs to optimize (Up to 50, Up to 100, Up to 200, Up to 500, Above 500), monthly ad spend in USD (Up to $5K through Above $100K), and monthly revenue (Up to $10K through Above $10M). The dollars in the table are the default SSR print for that quiz, not a promise that every ASIN count pays $99.
Freemium is a forever free tier, not a timed trial. The pricing FAQ says paid plans need a card at upgrade. The help article at sellerapp-pricing-plans still promises a 7-day free trial on paid plans and tells readers to skip the card field to start that trial. Treat the live grid as checkout truth and the help article as stale.
Annual billing is advertised as saving 50 percent versus monthly on the pricing FAQ. The help article repeats 25 percent in two places. No billed-annual totals ($X per year) appear on the live cards, so a 50 percent cut of $99 would be an inference, not a printed SKU.
Payments on the Managed Services FAQ: Stripe, Paypal, and bank transfer. Auto-renewal is optional under Billing.
Why do the help pages still sell Pro-Lite at $39?
The help article "SellerApp Pricing and Plans" is still live and still prices a different catalog. Freemium $0, Pro-Lite $39 per month, Professional $79 per month, plus an Enterprise custom tier. Product tracking caps on that page: two products on Freemium, 20 on Pro-Lite, 50 on Professional, 250 to 500 on Enterprise.
None of those plan names appear on the 6 Sep 2026 pricing grid. The live quiz talks in ASIN bands up to "Above 500," not "track two products."
Support claims on the help article also fail to show up on the live cards: 24x7 support, 6 hours average response time, live chat, and profile consultation on every plan. Pro's live card only prints Email Support. Smart adds Email + Chat Support. Do not budget for 6-hour chat from the $99 column.
That help page is the one third-party roundups still scrape. If a review quotes $39 or $79 in 2026, it is quoting this article, not the checkout grid.
Which plan actually includes Ads Automation?
Ads Automation is the Smart headline ("Best suited for Advertising Automation") and the first Smart bullet. On the Freemium and Pro columns the same row is marked with an X in the page HTML (Font Awesome times icon), even though a markdown scrape of the page lists the words under every plan.
So: Freemium is product research plus an advertising overview and campaign manager, not automation. Pro adds keyword tracking and listing quality. Automation is the $149 intro / $250 regular SKU. Anyone buying Pro for "Ads Automation" because a text dump listed the phrase will be on the wrong card.
PPC Insights is also marked off on Freemium. Listing Quality is marked off on Freemium and on for Pro. That matches the Pro blurb "Advanced functionalities including Insights & Tracking" more than it matches aggregator tables that dump every label into every column.
Smart's first-three-months footnote is printed under the $149 / $250 pair: "Discounted pricing is for first 3 months." After month three the card's regular price is $250 per month unless a custom quote replaces it. There is no public month-four SKU for annual Smart.
How are agency, AMS, and listing SKUs billed?
Three more catalogs share the same URL.
Agency pricing, from the Ecommerce Agency FAQ on that page: a starting sum of $300 plus 0.5 percent to 2.5 percent of Amazon ad spend. No mandatory minimum duration. The same FAQ says three months is the period where changes "gather momentum," without making that a contract floor.
AMS Growth Plan: starts with $750 per month. Includes account management with weekly updates and a monthly planning session. Ad formats named on the card: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Videos, Sponsored Display. AMS Scale Plan is quote-only and adds Demand Side Platform plus mixed media (Google, Meta) marked as extra cost.
Listing Optimization and Creation: starts with $200 per parent ASIN. Bulk listing creation is a scheduled call, not a public multiplier.
Marketplace coverage is split on the same page. The flag row prints 19 store codes: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Australia, India, Japan, Singapore. The agency FAQ lists 15 names and drops Brazil, Poland, Sweden, and Turkey. Count the flags if the catalog needs those four stores.
What does the SellerApp Amazon API cost next to Trends MCP?
SellerApp does not publish a self-serve API price list. The Custom/APIs FAQ on pricing.html says clients are charged monthly, that pricing follows monthly usage with a limit after which pricing increases, and that data is updated once every 24 hours. The Amazon Seller API page (same day) prints 100 free tokens, 5 million API requests per day, 2,200 API users, and 99 percent uptime. The pricing page's API block instead cites a community of over 31,000 sellers. Those are different denominators. Neither page prints dollars per 1,000 calls.
Auth on the Product Details example is two headers, client-id and token, against https://api.sellerapp.com/sellmetricsv2/products. Named product endpoints include Product Details, Product Best sellers by Category, Category Tree, Product Reviews, and LQI Report API. The FAQ says the key arrives on subscribe, that request volume depends on the plan, and that there is no single public cap.
There is no first-party Cursor mcp.json on SellerApp docs or pricing this fetch. REST only.
Trends MCP is the product that does ship a Cursor config, and it is the one that belongs in this comparison when the job is a live Amazon board rather than ASIN-level BSR, fees, or listing scores. Paste into ~/.cursor/mcp.json (Windows: %USERPROFILE%\.cursor\mcp.json):
"trends-mcp": {
"url": "https://api.trendsmcp.ai/mcp",
"transport": "http",
"headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" }
}
Setup notes live on the Cursor MCP page. The Amazon feed names and the 26 official category strings for Amazon Best Sellers by Category are in docs.md (6 Sep 2026): Appliances, Apps Games, Arts Crafts Sewing, Automotive, Baby, Beauty Personal Care, Books, Camera Photo, Clothing Shoes Jewelry, Computers Accessories, Electronics, Grocery Gourmet Food, Handmade Products, Health Household, Home Kitchen, Industrial Scientific, Kitchen Dining, Musical Instruments, Office Products, Patio Lawn Garden, Pet Supplies, Software, Sports Outdoors, Tools Home Improvement, Toys Games, Video Games. data-sources.md still omits that feed, even though docs.md says official names are on /data-sources. Call shape from docs:
{"mode": "get_top_trends", "type": "Amazon Best Sellers by Category", "category": "Toys Games", "sort": "rank_change", "window": "7d", "limit": 10}
Default limit is 25, max 200. Free boards return the top 10 only; offset is pinned at 0 on Free. Full board pagination is a paid feature. Category-level Amazon boards are also documented on the Amazon Best Sellers API page.
Public Trends MCP SKUs from HTML /pricing plus pricing.md the same day:
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly toggle (HTML) | History / board depth on HTML |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 / 100 requests | $0 | 90 days, top 10, 24h delay |
| Starter | $19 / 1,000 | $16/mo, $192 billed annually | 1 year, top 25, no delay |
| Pro | $49 / 5,000 | $39/mo, $468 billed annually | 2+ years, top 100 per feed, 50 keyword alerts |
| Business | $199 / 25,000 | $159/mo, $1,910 billed annually | Full archive, 250 keyword alerts |
Annual save is 20 percent. The yearly toggle prints "2 months free." Paid plans show a 7-day trial; yearly fine print is "$192/year after day 7" (and the Pro/Business equivalents). The HTML FAQ says the card is collected at checkout and not charged until day 8. Cite both. pricing.md still omits history caps. docs.md still describes ~5 years of weekly series with no plan split.
HTML cards market 35+ data sources. A homepage FAQ on the same fetch says 40+ sources. docs.md and llms.txt list 16 keyword sources (including python) plus 24 named live feeds. data-sources.md lists the same 16 keyword sources and only 20 live feeds, omitting all four by Category boards, including Amazon Best Sellers by Category. Do not flatten those counts.
Request metering is also split. pricing.md and docs.md: MCP get_top_trends costs 1 credit per 10 requested rows, max 10 credits per call; REST is 1 request per call. The HTML FAQ on /pricing says one successful API or MCP call equals one request. Failed calls are free on both writes. HTML API calls served on this fetch: 10,354,128 on /pricing versus 10,306,662 on the homepage.
SellerApp wins when the work is PPC automation, listing quality, Seller Central metrics, or ASIN-level BSR and fees. Trends MCP wins when an agent needs a live Amazon category board, Google Shopping, TikTok, or a 16-source get_growth pull without a quote. Stacking both is the honest architecture. Replacing Helium 10 with Trends MCP is not.

Do SellerApp refunds match the cancellation article?
No. Two first-party pages disagree.
The agency FAQ on pricing.html says a refund can be requested at [email protected], that the account team will raise a ticket, that validation takes 4-5 hours on a business day, that refunds run through Stripe, and that the credit lands in about 5-10 days depending on the bank.
The help article Managing your SellerApp Subscription (updated 18 Mar 2023) says the opposite on money: if the next cycle has already been charged, there is no refund; there are no refunds on the remainder of the current cycle; there are no refunds on remaining credits. After cancel, access lasts through the current cycle, then the account moves to Freemium. Pause is offered as an alternative, via Billing or [email protected].
Budget as if the 2023 cancellation article is the conservative rule, and treat the pricing FAQ refund paragraph as agency-page copy until checkout confirms it. The live pricing FAQ for self-serve does not reprint either refund policy next to the $99 / $149 cards.
FAQ
How much is SellerApp per month in 2026?
On 6 Sep 2026 the live self-serve cards are $0 Freemium, $99 Pro, and $149 Smart for the first three months against a $250 regular price. Custom, agency ($300 plus 0.5-2.5 percent of ad spend), AMS Growth ($750), and listing work ($200 per parent ASIN) are separate. Check sellerapp.com/pricing.html before paying; the help center still lists $39 and $79.
Does SellerApp have a free plan or only a trial?
Freemium is printed as forever free with no card. The live pricing FAQ does not describe a 7-day paid trial. The help article still does. API access is a different funnel: 100 free tokens on the Amazon Seller API page, then a monthly usage quote.
Is SellerApp cheaper than Trends MCP for Amazon trend data?
For a live Amazon best-seller board inside Cursor, Trends MCP is cheaper: Free is $0 / 100 requests, Starter is $19, and the Cursor JSON is public. SellerApp's Amazon API is quote-only, updates every 24 hours on the pricing FAQ, and has no Cursor config. SellerApp is the right spend for PPC automation and listing quality, which Trends MCP does not sell.
Can SellerApp prices change with ASIN count or ad spend?
Yes. The live page labels Pro and Smart as "starts with" and runs a quiz on ASINs, ad spend, and revenue. The $99 / $149 figures are the default print, not a cap. Agency and AMS SKUs already scale with ad spend.
Does SellerApp refund unused time?
The 18 Mar 2023 cancellation article says no on remaining cycle time and remaining credits. The agency FAQ on the pricing page describes a Stripe refund in 5-10 days. Those two policies cannot both be true for every SKU. Confirm in Billing before assuming a refund.
